Rinascera Therapeutics is a biotechnology company dedicated to transforming the treatment of rare genetic skin diseases. Our mission is to give patients and their families a genuine second chance at life. Inspired by the Italian verb rinascere, "to be reborn," we are committed to developing medicines that restore hope, function, and possibility for the communities we serve.

We are developing transformative therapies for people living with rare, inherited skin conditions—starting with RIN-001, a topical cancer interception therapy for Gorlin Syndrome, and RIN-002, a systemic recombinant collagen VII replacement therapy for Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa (DEB). These diseases often carry a heavy, lifelong burden of repeated surgeries, chronic wounds, and limited treatment options, and patients and caregivers urgently need better approaches.

Our therapies are designed for patients affected by these rare genetic skin diseases, as well as the clinicians, researchers, patient advocacy organizations, and partners who serve them. Rinascera is built and operated by a team of experienced drug developers, scientists, clinicians, and operators who have come together to advance science from the laboratory to the clinic, moving with urgency while never compromising on safety or quality.
